On September 15 Mayor Kawakami signed Bill 2775 into an ordinance. Hawaii will now be a foam-free State across all counties, and the 5th foam-free State in the country!!! MAHALO to all of you who helped make this happen!
SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2020
The Kaua’i County Council passed Bill 2775 this morning! The Bill now awaits Mayor Kawakami’s signature to turn it into an ordinance. We’ll have more details later, but for now Mahalo Nui Loa to all of you who sent testimony to the Council and helped get 2775 passed!
